Drawn to a light-hearted and heart-centered approach, I enjoy teaching breath-paced restorative movements, guiding students deeper into their unique practice across all ages and stages. From chair yoga, restorative vinyasa, family and prenatal yoga, I believe there are connections to be expanded upon within ourselves and between one another that yoga can create space for.
I offer weekly group classes online and in person for adults. Family, children’s and prenatal yoga are offered privately or semi-privately in the comfort of your home or nearby nature!
